Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Within the UAE
We deliver to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and shipping method selected.

Delivery Delays

PetJeez is not responsible for delays that occur after the order has been handed over to the Carrier, but we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery concerns.
